Where can your books be shipped?
Books bought from my site are only available in the US and the UK.
Can I combine hardback and paperback books for one order?
Currently there are only separate links for each book. If you want a book of each, you will need to put in two orders. This is being worked on by IngramSpark, who does my print on demand.
Is my order returnable or refundable?
Because all products are custom made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable; however, products containing defects will be reprinted or refunded at IngramSpark’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. Please submit a request to IngramSpark if you have problems with your order. They handle the orders, I cannot personally refund you.
Shipping questions?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method you select at checkout. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process the order, plus whichever shipping method you choose.
What will the charge on my credit card look like?
For orders completed in the US, your credit card statement will show a charge from LIGHTNINGSRC/INGMSPK. Orders produced and shipped within the UK will show a charge from LIGHTNING SOURCE.
